Subsidy to Edward VI 1549

The below document ref no. E179/92/189 dated the 14th March 1551 is held at the National Archives at Kew. Together with its sister documents E 179/92/179 & 184 it details the three annual collections 1549 -1551of the subsidy (“relief”) granted to Edward VI in 1549. The entry for Crich shows the same two names for each of the three collections as shown below. Presumably they were the richest Crich inhabitants.
