This certificate and assessment, dated 16 April 1549, relate to the first payment of the 'relief' of 1549 in Morleyston and Litchurch to Edward VI. The roll also incorporates a division of the commissioners and was returned into the Exchequer on 10 May of that year.

The transcription below is for Crich only which contained only two names.
