Will of Nicholas Radford died 1575

He married Joan

In the name of God amen on the 11th. day of the month of April
in the year of our lord God 1575, I Nicholas Radford of Darle
i n the county of Derby being of whole mind & in good &
perfect remembrance laud & praise be unto Almighty
God make & ordain this my present testament concerning
herein my last Will in manner and form following that is
to say:

First I commend my soul unto the almighty God my maker
and redeemer and my body to be buried in the Churchyard at Darley

Item I give and bequeath unto Joan my wife
all my corporal goods moveable & unmoveable for and towards
the education & bringing up of my children.

Item I will that at my burial my said wife shall give 12d. to be
distributed amongst the poor of the parish to pray for
my soul and of this my present testament I make and
ordain the said Joan my wife my executrix written
the day & year above said & delivered unto my executrix
as my last Will & Testament in the presence of me:
